Director: Logistics Management

Since graduating from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Austin has worked in the financial industry, specializing in both marketing and logistics. Austin has been able to utilize this skill set to streamline deliverable actions from the client level to both the broker and insurance carrier levels, thereby enhancing the overall client experience. He oversees and manages the renewal, marketing, and on-boarding processes.
